We went out to the forest today and worked on the coffee shope site.
Jon and I, with kids in tow expanded the fire place.

Would you belive from this picture we were aiming for a "L" shape?

L is for LOVE!

Do you feel it? :D

I will add some more pics to the gallery soon.

Sunday saw Annie, Beau, Gabe, Jon, Brett, Adele, Blake, Fenris, Dante, myself and Rand briefly(visiting Diplomat from NVG Russland) working on site development in the forest.

Having arrived on horse with Gabe not able to get the home fire started we left the coffee concept dead in the water.

Beau and Annie cleared our some rocks and weeds.

Adele and I walked the fields between the long hall site, NVG camp ground and into the horse sports field.
We noted the washed away bridges and enjoyed a clean and picturesque creek line. But one in need of some development for happy access to campers.

The pig pen was further developed by Gabe and Blake and options for event features hashed over. It was a wet and drizzly morning and the crew called it quits by 2pm. I rode Fenris home with Dante in tow.

A better time ahead.

Awesome day and weekend at the forest at the last weekend before the event.
Big Progress. We are finaly able to be out there! Yay!

Friday had myself Jon and Beau out early in the morning to drop off the Bayuextank and grog lock box into place.
Saturday had Adele Linna, Nicky, Paddy, Wynn, Blake, Amy, Gabe, Soozie, Richard C, Jon, Adam Linda working on Muckilheim, Roads, Causeway, Homestead, long-house, Forge, and timber collection.

Sunday had Adele Linna, Nicky, Paddy, Wynn, Blake, Gabe, Me, Adam, Jonathan Warwick Jon Lucas, Christine Linda Annie, Elaine and kids. The water tanks run in from a range of 200 km around Armidale By Annie Jonathan and Elaine. The Hay run in from a range of 200km through Armidale By Myself Gabe Warwick and Fiona. Linda and a crew collected the Pallets for the tanks and all 9 are in place around the site. A load of timber was collected for set up cooking and good fun was had with chain saw and tank like driving with Red Truck. Much laughter. Apartment block was erected.

Adele almost became a grand mother and Nat looked after the little ones off site.

All on site worked like Trojans. Well done!

Water will come in tomorrow along with Various Services and utilities. Dogs will start arriving along with other supporters.

All systems go for a fantastic bump in. 4 Days folks :)
