The NEMAS Easter Gathering 2012 is fast approaching. The following information is for entry and participation. Due to new and stringent forestry restrictions we will have to cap our Gathering to 500 participants. With the large team of approximately 100 NEMAS supporters taken from this number we offer 400 tickets for sale. This is the first year we have had to do this and it will change the way you will be able to buy your ticket and when. THERE WILL BE NO TICKETS OFFERED FOR SALE AT THE GATE! ALL TICKETS WILL BE PRE SOLD. We are working on a few key elements that will define this. It is expected that ticket sales will be in early February 2012. When tickets will be on sale we will make broad announcements so people can get their tickets. We will be offering 400 per tickets only. THERE WILL BE NO TICKETS OFFERED FOR SALE AT THE GATE!ALL TICKETS WILL BE PRE SOLD.

This will include credit card payments via PayPal or PayPal payments, Bank Deposits, Cheque or money orders. These systems will be available when the tickets are released.

The Bi annual Easter Gathering held at the Armidale Pine Forest. NSW. Australia will be on again in 2012. Easter Friday is on the 6th of April this year so our 2012 Gathering will officially kick of on the 6th of April and finish on the 9th of April 2012. Having said this the Pine Forest is open to camping and construction for a fortnight around these dates and we welcome any one who would like to come earlier to assist or stay later and enjoy the aftermath. Our window of occupation is 31st of March to the 15th of April 2012. The one marked "Current" is the one applied to the event. Yes. We always plan fun activities for children at the Easter gathering. This year Lara and the team are developing a full program with little ones in mind. We will have a dedicated space within the village for craft and games music and entertainment.
